Our Villa on the island of Tenerife;
This is our holiday villa on the island of Tenerife, a privately owned luxury detached property in Costa Adeje. The quality of our villas self catering holiday accommodation is maintained to the highest standard and its prime location makes it the ideal choice for relaxed getaway holidays in Tenerife. It has a private pool and stunning panoramic views of the Adeje coastline and Atlantic Ocean across to the Islands of La Gomera, La Palma and El Hierro. Villas in Tenerife do not come better than this.
My wife and I permanently live in the villa after moving to the island some years ago. So, unlike other villas in Tenerife, there is always someone close at hand for help and support if it is ever needed. With our local knowledge we can also offer advice about attractions, restaurants and a wide range other issues so that you can get the most from your holiday. Unfortunately we do not accept bookings for any persons under the age of 18.
Accommodation;
Our villa has private self catering holiday accommodation that we rent at very reasonable rates. This accommodation can sleep a maximum of 8 people and comes with its own tropical garden and patio area. Our guests also have full use of our villas 13m heated swimming pool, jacuzzi whirlpool and all of the pool terrace areas.
The primary rental accommodation sleeps 6 people and consists of two double bedrooms (both with en-suite shower), large lounge and a fully fitted kitchen. A full size double sofa bed in the lounge provides the additional sleeping area which can be screened off for privacy. Widescreen satellite TV (with Sky, BBC, ITV, etc) and digital audio equipment is also provided.
An extra double bedroom (off Bedroom 1) can also be made available for a maximum of 2 additional guests. This additional room does not have any en-suite facilities.

Location;
The villas situated within a very select and peaceful residential area of Torviscas Alto in Costa Adeje, so it makes an ideal location for those who are seeking a quiet and relaxing getaway. It is not within walking distance of bars and clubs. The villa is only a 20 minute drive from Tenerife South airport and is centrally located between Los Cristianos and the Costa Adeje golf course. The nearest coastal resort is the very popular Puerto Colon and the adjacent San Eugenio beach (a short 5 minute drive) which can be seen from the villas terrace and gardens. A breakdown of our weekly rental rates is given below. Transfers to and from Tenerife South airport can also be arranged.
